Josh is the jack of all trades here at the Molly Dean Team. He has many traits and titles including husband (to Molly), Dad, Office manager, handyman, assistant, events manager, recruiting, support system, counselor, and more!

You never know where you might run into him as he is everywhere all at once and the backbone to our “Behind the scenes.” Josh met Molly in 2009, married in 2011, and they welcomed Rhea Marie to the world in 2013. During his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, going to the lake, and spending time with his ladies – Molly and Rhea – the WHY behind MDT. Josh is the support to our system and allows us the ability to focus on your mortgage needs for life!
