Julie began her mortgage career over a decade ago, gaining experience as a Licensed Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, and some time at a local title company. Her true passion lies in guiding others through the home buying journey, blending expertise and empathy every step of the way.

Julie has called Kearney Missouri her hometown since she was 10, though her roots trace back to the Jersey Shore. As the oldest of four girls, Julie developed a strong sense of responsibility, which still guides her today. She loves spending time with loved ones, traveling to the mountains and beach, and pouring into her faith and wellness journey. She’s learning to play piano and finds joy in life’s quieter, more meaningful moments.

Julie is a proud bonus mom to her husband, Nick’s two daughters and lights up when talking about their two grandkids. At home, she and Nick spoil their German Shepherd, Harley, who is very much part of the family.
